Traditionally the home fair Simed in Malaga takes place every year in november. Megens Real Estate has a stand on this property exhibition to promote the properties of their selling clients. As a real estate agent we do everything on marketin within our possibilities. Presenting properties on this national fair is part of that. The housing market on the Costa del Sol is international and Spanish, we defenitely have attention for the national buyers.
On stand D3 we present apartments and villas on the Costa del Sol in Mijas, Marbella, Benahavis, Estepona and Casares Playa. Figures show that Spanish are a grwoing group of property buyers. On the Costa del Sol we can identify four groups of buyers:
- Spanish, first residence
- Spanish, second home or investment
- Non-Spanish, first residence
- Non-Spanish, second home or investment
- Especially the first two groups are buyers we meet at this home fair Simed.

The fair is open on Friday 10th november from 10-20hrs and on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th november from 11-20hrs.
